In 2005, Mrs Aude Zieseniss de Thuin, President of the Women's Forum invited Designing Hope at this international forum, gathering highly influential women from all countries to present the project of the decorated lightbulbs.

In 2006, Designing Hope hosted the meeting point created around HIV and AIDS at the forum and welcomed a few lectures. Within this space, artworks of Artist4Life were exhibited as well as kakemonos presenting the NGO.

En 2007, Designing Hope has, once more, been invited at the Women's Forum to present the project "Square of Hope", and was hosted in an area with 3 other NGOs.

In 2006, the GBC invited Designing Hope to present its actions to the European members of Global Business Coalition gathering more than 200 companies engaged in the fight against AIDS.

This collaboration was made possible through the support of Lady OWEN JONES, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Education and Prevention of the HIV-AIDS, and Mr JOBBE DUVAL, director of ArtParis.

This partnership has facilitated the presentation of the project Artist4Life by gathering artists to help fight against stigma and discrimination attached to HIV and AIDS.

Designing Hope was invited to Art Paris in 2006 and 2007. This exposure was essential for the project to gain international recognition.

The Maison&Objet fair welcomed Ithemba and Designing Hope for the first time in September 2003 to present the decorated lightbulbs for "La Mode Dessine l'Espoir" (Fashion designs Hope). This presentation has played a major role in the success of this project. Due to the positive response to this exhibition at Maison&Objet 2003, this collaboration has been renewed every year, and Maison&Objet has become a faithfull partner.

In 2005, Maison&Objet invited Designing Hope to present the campaign "I Love You Positive or Negative" with T-shirts and other accessories embroided by HIV positive African women.

In 2006, the "One Month of Love" project was launched there, and the pocket kit "Une nuit d'Amour" (containing two condoms) was offered to each journalist attending the fair.

Once again, in 2007, Maison&Objet welcomed Designing Hope and Ithemba to present the new project "A Square of Hope".
